Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our tactical headquarters.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5 business days.
